New treatments have helped Emily Schaller, a 27-year-old cystic fibrosis patient, from Trenton, MI, recently run a half marathon. She takes 40 capsules of Pancrelipase each day to help digest nutrients from food. She also wears her "smart vest," which shakes her chest to help break up mucous in her lungs and inhales from her nebulizer on Tuesday, April 21, 2009.
